Steinmetz High School – 1938 Year Book

Update: I found a relative who will now get the 1938 Year Book.

Jeff K. who lives in Illinois contacted me through Ancestry dot com messenger and we exchanged messages to find out if he really was a relative and if he really wanted the yearbook. I just got a message from him, in which he sends me his address, so the yearbook will on it’s way soon.

This circle was completed thanks to my son finding the yearbook and thinking it would be a nice Christmas gift for me.

For Christmas this year (Dec 2018), my son Anthony P Munoz gave me this yearbook. He said he thought I could find the family for Harry Knop and return this to the family as we have done with other items we returned to families in the past.

I created a tree, on Ancestry dot com, for Harry Knop and found a photo of him in a 1944 HS Yearbook hint that was featuring the past high school class presidents; the photo they used was the same one as is featured in his 1938 high school year book (see below).
